Policies
The following house guidelines are the procedures, rules and regulations for a guest staying at the Bluecrest. In order to provide a safe and enjoyable experience to all of our guests, the practices ensure that your stay is a pleasurable experience.
House Rules
  • Buildings and guest suites are non-smoking
  • Smoking is permitted on exterior porches and outdoor deck
  • We do not accommodate pets
  • Children and families welcome
  • We have first floor suites, however due to front steps we are not wheelchair accessible
  • All guest suites have private baths.
Reservations
  • Reservation inquires can be made by phone,email or through our online booking.
  • Due to the high volume of calls received, it may be beneficial to utilize our online booking to secure your suite in a timely manner and to avoid disappointment for a reserved room.
  • All reservations must be accompanied by your credit card information which can be forwarded online through our secure booking.
Cancellations
In order to provide fairness to our guests, we have cancellation policies in effect. If you cancel within seven days of your scheduled date of arrival, there will be no cancellation charges. Any cancellations made after this period, there will be a one night stay charge applied to your credit card. By forwarding your credit card information you are authorizing us to charge your credit card accordingly.
Check In / Check Out
  • Check in is between 3pm and 8pm on your scheduled date of arrival.
  • Early check-in can be made by special arrangement only and parking is provided prior to 3pm.
  • Any check-ins after 8pm, must by approved prior to your arrival by special request only. We can not guarantee your reservation after 8pm without prior consent.
  • Please forward your approximate arrival time within a three-hour window when making your reservation request
  • Check-out is by 11am, no exceptions.

  • Cash (USD and CAD)
